Our most effective and preferred method of communication is email.

• What is included in the ticket price?
Tickets include 3 days and nights at the weekender and access to all music venues & weekender activities. If you've purchased an accomodation unit this also includes 3 night self catering accommodation. If you've purchased a camping ticket this includes 3 nights camping.

• Do we have to buy tickets in groups?

Yes, if you want a caravan. Tickets are sold in groups of 4, 5, 6 & 8 corresponding to the size of the chalet you and your friends require. If you want to camp you can buy individual tickets.

• What is the point of the booking fee?

The booking fee pays for the general costs associated with credit and debit card transactions.

• Payment Methods
We have 2 way to buy tickets: Bank Transfer or PayPal.

If you are shopping from outside the UK and you wish to pay by bank transfer all payments must be made in £'s sterling (GBP) and you must agree to accept all associated bank charges. These cannot be passed on to Bang Face.

• Deposit Payments
This is an opportunity for you to reserve a chalet by paying 20% of the total cost. You then have 30 days to pay the remaining 80% as one single payment. To do this simply login to your Group Account with your unique username and password contained in your Payment Confirmation email (which you were sent after you paid the deposit). Then follow the clearly labelled link in your Group Account. The deposit is non-refundable and please be aware that if the balance is not settled in this time you will forfeit your deposit and the chalet will go back on sale!

• Bank Transfer Payment Process - eBANG Direct (SYSTEM NOW CLOSED)
Here is the flow of steps when making a payment by bank transfer:
> Choose your Order
> Choose to pay in Full or by Deposit
> Receive your Activation Email with Activation Link
> Follow the Bank Transfer instructions to complete your payment (UK customers must make payment immediately / We allow 24 hours for non-UK customers to allow for the international bank transfer set-up process)
> When Bang Face receives your payment we send you a Payment Confirmation email with your Group Account login details (If you have paid by deposit you have 30 days to pay the remaining 80%)
> Now login to your Group Account
> Allocate your Group Leader
> All people in group need to enter their details & agree to Terms & Conditions (by tick box)
> When the Group Account Status shows complete, your Weekender Entry Email is sent
> Print off your Weekender Confirmation Email & present it at Reception
> Pick up your wrist passes and if if you've booked accomodation keys to your caravan

• Card Payment Process - PayPal
(If you don't have a PayPal account please select the 'Pay as PayPal guest' option)

> When Bang Face receives your payment we send you a Payment Confirmation email with your Group Account login details (If you have paid by deposit you have 30 days to pay the remaining 80%)

> All people in group need to enter their details & agree to Terms & Conditions (by tick box)
> When the Group Account Status shows complete, your Weekender Entry Email is sent

• Types of email Bang Face Weekender sends out
1) Activation Email - this is for people paying by Bank Transfer only. It contains a link you have to click immediately to reserve your chalet. Until the link is clicked your chalet is not active.

2) Payment Confirmation Email - If you pay a deposit, balance or in full you will receive an Payment Confirmation Email. It acts a a receipt of payment for any transaction and also contains your unique Group Account login details.

3) Weekender Entry Email - When you've paid for the chalet outright and you've complete your Group Account information the status in the account will show as 'COMPLETE' and a Weekender Entry Email will be sent. Print and show at Reception.

4) Reminders:
(i) Payment Reminders are sent to warn you to pay the 80% remainder of you balance within the allowed 30 period. If you fail to pay the balance within 30 days you chalet goes back on sale and you lose your 20% deposit.
(ii) Group Account Reminders are sent to request all the information from the individuals in your group. We need this information by law and until it's complete you will not be issued a Weekender Entry Email.

• Group Account (online)
Included in your order confirmation email(s) are unique Group Account login details. This is the point of contact between you and Bang Face before the event. It's a simple way for us the gather the information we require from ticket holders staying at the park.

You must log in to your Group Account, create a Group Leader and have each member of your group also log in to enter their full contact details and agree to the 'Individual Terms & Conditions'. This is required by law. Failure to provide accurate information will result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of your payments. All group info must be completed one month prior to the event.

Your Group Account will be considered complete when both your PAYMENT STATUS and INFO STATUS are displaying 'COMPLETE'.

• Weekender Entry email
After you have completed your Group Account (payment & info) and we have allocated your group to a caravan or camping pitch, the Group Leader will receive a 'Weekender Entry' email (please allow up to 7 days). Keep a copy of this as you will need it to check in to the event. Group Leaders will need to print this email out and bring it to reception with ID to get their group passes and if staying in a caravan, keys. It will remind you of the all important 'eTICKET Ref' which is you unique code for entering the Bang Face Weekender. Remember it's a fully electronic system so no physical tickets will be sent in the post.

• I've paid for my group in full, why haven't I received a Weekender Entry email?

To receive your Weekender Entry email you must make sure all the info in your online Group Account is complete and correct. Your Group Account will be considered complete when both your PAYMENT STATUS and INFO STATUS are displaying 'COMPLETE'. A Weekender Entry email will then be sent to the Group Leader within 7 days.

• ID when checking in
Valid forms of ID: Passport, driving licence, bank card.

• What's the point of the Group Leader?

Because you book accomocation relative to caravan size it's much simpler for us to have just one point of contact. You must nominate the Group Leader in the Group Account.

• Accommodation upgrades / increasing your group size
You can upgrade your group to a larger size by following the link in your group login page. Your group can be increased by up to three people so you can move to a bigger caravan or even split into two caravans. If you reserved your caravan using the deposit system you will need to settle the balance to activate the upgrade options.

• There are only 2 of us so we can't fill up a chalet?
We recommend facebook.com/bangface to find some extra takers in a similar position.

• How old do you have to be to attend?
18 years and over.

• What do the caravans include?

Each caravan is self-catering and has a small kitchen with cooking/dining utensils included, bathroom with either a shower or bathroom and of course a sink & toilet. The TV area doubles as a bedroom with a roll out sofa bed, and then there will either be one or two bedrooms with the relevant numbers of beds. The venue just provide a pillow per bed so please bring your own duvet / any extra bedding. We recommend a sleeping bag since it'll be easy to carry. Alternatively, extra bedding can be hired from the venue at £10 for the duration.

• How do we know which caravan we'll be staying in?

The Group Leader will find out your chalet number when they check in to recpetion at the event. We don't distinguish between the standard of chalet when you book. It's 1st come 1st served. We can only allocate your group to a chalet once your Group Account is fully complete.

• We are in a crew with more than one caravan can we be close together?

Caravans are allocated at the time of purchase so if you want to increase your chances of being close to your friends please book at the same time.

• What should I bring if I'm camping? / camping info:
A tent, bedding and if you want, cooking equipment if you wish to self cater. The campsite has the full facilities you'd expect from a Holiday Park: 24 hour supermarket, onsite bars & restaurants, campervan / caravan plots, power points, hot shower blocks, proper toilets, launderette, wash-up areas and an outdoor heated pool. The camping area is located slap bang in the middle of the holiday park so campers are right in the thick of the action! We also suggest you keep all valuables on your person or in your car should you be driving since we do not have lock ups at the event.

• Can I bring a Camper Van or towed Caravans?
Yes. We have a limited number of plots with electricity points. The electricity is purchased onsite and is £5 per night. The plots are available at no extra costs to camping ticket holders. Please email us to reserve a plot before buying your camping tickets. The electricity points are standard camping connections - a blue C form 13 amp socket and you will need to bring your own leads.

• Weekender Pass Tickets / Can I come to the event and stay offsite?
Yes, These are for people who live locally or wish to stay in a local hotel or B&B. The different coloured wrist pass gets you access to the event, including Beach Party, but no accommodation or camping. You will be allowed to be onsite from 3pm-4am Friday, 1pm-4am Saturday and 1pm-1am Sunday. Weekender Pass tickets are £110 (+booking fee).

• I've bought a camping ticket, can I upgrade to a caravan?
Yes providing you have enough people to fill the berth size. Please email us to arrange this.

• What areas can I go to when onsite?
Once onsite you can go wherever you like. So caravan ticket holders can go to the camping area and camping ticket holders can go to the caravan area. The camping area is located slap bang in the middle of the holiday park so campers are right in the thick of the action!

• Car Parking
You can park onsite for free on a first-come, first-served basis but parking is limited so please car-share as much as you can. Once the car park is full you will have to park in an offsite overspill car park which will cost. Also, please be considerate when parking and do not block any exits - your car will be towed offsite.

• Buses from Newquay Train station to Trevelgue
A special service from A2B Buses will run during Friday and on the Monday morning between the train station and the venue. The cost will be £3 return.

• When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?
The gates to the site open at 3pm on Friday 14th Spetember 2012 for all ticket holders. When you arrive at the gates the security will be there to direct you. You may be searched by security so please be sensible! Anyone found in posession of illegal substabces will be refused entry and have their ticket voided. Camping ticket holders can register for entry on Thursday within their online group account.

Only Group Leaders are required to visit reception to present the Weekender Confirmation Email. If you are staying in a caravan you will also be asked for a £20 re-fundable deposit for each member of your group. Don't worry you will get this back when you check out providing you've not blatantly damaged anything.

We require everyone to checkout by 10am on Monday 17 September. YOU MUST LEAVE YOUR CARAVAN AS YOU FOUND IT - THIS MEANS DOING THE WASHING UP & PUTTING RUBBISH IN THE BIN. You will only have to go back and do it again otherwise. Failure to checkout via reception will result in the forfeit of your damage deposit so please check the reception opening times.


If you are camping please dipose of your rubbish by the signed refuse areas.

• What if I arrive before the group leader?

You will not be issued a wrist pass so please co-ordinate yourselves carefully. We reccomend hanging out in Newquay while you wait.

• Reception opening hours / event check-in:

Thurs 12 Sep: 3pm - 11pm (ONLY FOR CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS REGISTERED FOR THURS)
Fri 14 September: 3pm - 12am (ALL TICKET HOLDERS)
Sat 15 September: 3pm - 5pm (ALL TICKET HOLDERS)
Sun 16 September: 3pm - 9pm (ALL TICKET HOLDERS)
Mon 17 September: 7am - end of day checkout at 10am (ALL TICKET HOLDERS)

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All ticket buyers are required to provide ID with their eTicket when collecting wrist passes for Bang Face Weekender 2012. No matching ID, No tickets.
Valid forms of ID are passports, driving licences and bank cards.


• What time does the music begin and finish?
3pm on Friday. The full Weekender kicks of officially on Friday evening so we recommend you arrive well in time for the opening ceremony. Music will run each night until 4am and begin again at 1pm the next day on both Saturday and Sunday. Music will finish on Sunday at midnight.

• Who's playing when?
Group Leaders will be given full schedules for each member of the group when they check in at reception.

• Beach Party info
The BANGFACE Beach Party kicks off at 1pm on the Saturday and finishes at 7pm. We're running a fleet of double decker buses from the site to the beach from midday and returning from 5pm. The buses charge £3 for a return ticket so please have this handy.
Please note: Anyone deemed unfit to attend the beach party will not be allowed admission onto the bus.

• Can we bring our own food and drink?

Yes this is recommended. The chalets are fully self-catering but there is a supermarket onsite. The onsite pub and music area bars run at standard pub prices. Please note that you will not be allowed to take your own drink into the venues and music areas.

• Wrist passes?

Do not remove your wrist pass. This provides you with access to the venues and music areas for the entire weekend. If you've put it on too tight visit reception for a new one but it is essential you provide us with the old one first. REPLACING A LOST WRIST PASS IS CHARGED AT THE FULL TICKET PRICE!

• Caravan keys?
We only issue a 1 key per caravan, however second keys are available but require a £5 deposit. It's also a good idea to make a note of your caravan number - write on your hand etc. before you hit the party.

• Can we stay on the Sunday night?
Yes, everyone can stay on the Sunday night at no extra cost. This means the event can run until late on Sunday and you don't have to miss a thing.

• What should we bring with us?
It's a good idea to bring some essentials e.g. bedding, toiletries, washing up liquid, food, tea bags etc. There is a supermarket as well as other food outlets onsite. For caravans, the venue only provide a pillow so please bring sufficient bedding with you - sleeping bags/duvets and pillows. Alternatively you can hire bedding from the venue for £10 for the duration. You also need to bring towels.

You should also bring a bathing costume and towel if you plan to attend the pool party.

• Local accommodation
Newquay is a seaside holiday town and has a large range of places to stay should you choose to buy a 3-day Weekender Pass. There are many good websites offering places to stay in Newquay.

• What are the Individual Terms and Conditions?
We need to ensure that each individual staying onsite has agreed to the T&C's, and not just the person who bought the tickets. Also we are required by law to have the contact details of every person at the weeknder.
It's simply a basic online form that means you are responsible for you actions during your stay at Trevelgue. The T&C's can be accessed from your online Group Account. Just be thoughtful when you are having fun and if you are staying in accomodation check that nothing is missing or broken. If it is, please visit reception straight away and arrange a replacement.

• Drug policy
JS Weekenders operates a zero tolerance illegal drugs policy. As such you are likely to be searched upon arrival at the site. Anyone found if possession of illegal substances will be ejected from the site. Anyone deemed to be selling illegal substances will be arrested.

• What do I do if I've a problem over the weekend?
Go to the reception and a Bang Face or Trevelgue member of staff will attend to you.

• What is JS Weekenders?

JS Weekenders has been set up by Bang Face to deal with all the ticketing and organisation of the Bang Face Weekender.
Ticket purchases will appear as JS Weekenders on your bank statements.
